Kpakposhito Spaghetti Stir-Fry
Ingredients
250g Spaghetti
1 medium size green pepper
2 medium size carrots
1 medium size small onion
3g Curry powder
10 kpakposhito peppers
7g seasoning cube (Onga)
Soya Oil
Salt to taste
Water
Instructions
1. Bring water to boil in a saucepan with salt
2. Add 250g of spaghetti
2. Cut onions, carrots, kpakposhito and green pepper in small pieces
3. Grind 10 kpakposhito
4. Mix ground kpakposhito, curry powder, onga with a little water and oil to create a light paste
5. After the spaghetti is ready, pour water over it and pick with fingers so they remain separated. Set aside
6. Pour oil in a pan, add onions. After few mins add green pepper and carrot.
7. Stir fry for a few minutes then add the light paste.
8. Leave to fry for a few minutes then add cooked spaghetti
9. Stir till it is thoroughly mixed as well as looks good and suits your taste.
