CHOCO - BANANA PANCAKE
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 egg
A teaspoon of chocolate powder (sweetened)
A quarter teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Honey (optional)
Non-stick canola oil spray
Instructions
1. Crush the banana with a fork to a consistency of your preference.
2. Add the egg and whisk or beat together.
3. Add the cinnamon powder and whisk or beat together.
4. Add cocoa powder and whisk or beat together.
5. Spray the pan with non-stick canola oil spray.
6. Once heated, pour half the mixture in the pan.
7. Flip when the sides are firm or brown.

8. Repeat the same process for the other half of the mixture.
NB: If you have a sweet tooth, you can use a more ripe banana or add honey to the pancake mixture.
Check the consistency of the mixture, ensure the banana isn't more than the egg else it will fall apart when fried and when the egg is more then the banana it'll taste less like a pancake.

Serving Suggestion
Drizzle honey on two banana pancakes with a cup of creamy tea.
I opted for chocolate syrup though (mixed the chocolate powder with warm water).
